We have been actively recruiting audio AI talent for 3 years. We have experience hiring audio AI engienners / researchers for tech startups, scale-ups, and large companies from all over the world.

Generalist tech recruitment agencies focus on quantity. We specialise on a small niche and focus on quality. Audio AI talent is rare. Particularly rare. Finding a top music AI engineer is significantly more challenging than finding a Python backend developer. We prefer to charge a higher fee to invest the necessary resources to provide you with the best talent possible. In the long run, this will save you money and time you would otherwise waste by having to replace hires.

We reserve a 3-month period of exclusivity from the moment we sign the contract. This applies only to the job position(s) you hired us for. For example, you can hire Python developers with a different recruitment agency while you work with us for a couple of music AI lead positions.

The price for a session is EUR 500.
