Absolutely not! The recruitment fee applies only when a candidate is hired. If we can't find the right candidate for you, you don't owe us anything.

We have been actively recruiting audio AI talent for 3 years. We have experience hiring audio AI engienners / researchers for tech startups, scale-ups, and large companies from all over the world.

Generalist tech recruitment agencies focus on quantity. We specialise on a small niche and focus on quality. Audio AI talent is rare. Particularly rare. Finding a top music AI engineer is significantly more challenging than finding a Python backend developer. We prefer to charge a higher fee to invest the necessary resources to provide you with the best talent possible. We reserve a 3-month period of exclusivity from the moment we sign the contract. This applies only to the job position(s) you hired us for. For example, you can hire Python developers with a different recruitment agency while you work with us for a couple of music AI lead positions.
